Good writing comes from within. Basically someone with loads of creative intellect and a good hold over the language is capable of the job. The good story would definitely revolve round a plot that is unique. A good writing would involve no grammatical errors and have fluency in style. Even the punctuations should be placed in right spaces in a sentence.

However you must not confuse between a paragraph that is correctly written and the one which is well written.
